  "text": "Transport And Works, England\nTransport, England\nMade 11th January 2011\nComing into force 1st February 2011\nAn application has been made to the Secretary of State in accordance with the Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) (England and Wales) Rules 2006 for an Order under sections 3 and 5 of the Transport and Works Act 1992 (“the 1992 Act”).\nThe Secretary of State caused an inquiry to be held for the purposes of the application pursuant to section 11 of the 1992 Act.\nThe Secretary of State, having considered the objections made and not withdrawn and the report of the person who held the inquiry, has determined to make an Order giving effect to the proposals comprised in the application with modifications which in the Secretary of State’s opinion do not make any substantial change to the proposals.\nThe Secretary of State is of the opinion that the primary object of this Order cannot be achieved by means of an Order under the Harbours Act 1964.\nThe Secretary of State is satisfied that the provision of an alternative right of way for each of the streets mentioned in Part 2 of Schedule 3 is not required.\nNotice of the Secretary of State’s determination was published in the London Gazette on 23rd December 2010.\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of, and paragraphs 1 to 5, 7, 8, 10 to 13 and 15 to 17 of Schedule 1 to, the 1992 Act, makes the following Order—",
