Article 6 Control of deposits

The grantees shall not without the written consent of the Minister deposit within the limits of that part of the fishery within which their right is exercisable any oysters of the species Ostrea edulis and shall comply with any condition subject to which the Minister gives his consent to the deposit of any such oyster.

In this article “grantees” means any person for the time being entitled to a right of several fishery over any part of the fishery.
