# The River Tay Catchment Area Protection (Renewal) Order 1990, Introduction: Introductory text


RIVER, SCOTLAND
SALMON AND FRESHWATER FISHERIES
Made 12th January 1990
Coming into force 30th January 1990
The Secretary of State, having received complaints concerning the implementation of proposals and having come to such opinion on these complaints as he may, under section 1(7) of the Freshwater and Salmon Fisheries (Scotland) Act 1976, come to, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by that section and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following renewal Order:
