  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order prescribes the estuary limits of the River Tay (article 2 and the Schedule).\nThis Order supersedes the existing estuary limits prescribed by order of the Court of Session dated 8th July 1817 in the case of the Duke of Atholl and Others v the Hon. William Maule of Panmure.",
