  "text": "Provided alsoe and it is hereby further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That the said River shall have and take its old and ancient Current by Repton in the County of Derby if the Commissioners by this Act appointed or the major part of them at their first Generall Meeting shall think it proper and most commodious for Navigators or others Any thing herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding",
