# The River Tyne (Tunnels) Order 2005, Paragraph 1

Extent: E+W

The provisions of each Part of this Schedule including this Part shall have effect for the protection of each of the bodies referred to in that Part below unless, in the case of any such body, it is otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the body concerned.
