# The River Tyne (Tunnels) Order 2005, Paragraph 16

Extent: E+W

The provisions of this Part of this Schedule shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the Port of Tyne Authority, have effect for the protection of the Port Authority.
