# The River Tyne (Tunnels) Order 2005, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W

Unless any provision of this Schedule provides the contrary any difference arising between the undertaker and any body referred to in this Schedule (other than a difference as to the meaning or construction of this Schedule) shall be referred to and settled by arbitration in accordance with article 54.
