# The River Tyne (Tunnels) Order 2005, Paragraph 43

Extent: E+W

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any difference which may arise between the undertaker and the Port Authority under this Part of this Schedule (other than under paragraphs 21 and 42 or a difference as to the meaning or construction of this Part of this Schedule) shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with article 54 of this Order.
