# The River Tyne (Tunnels) Order 2005, Paragraph 53

Extent: E+W

The undertaker shall—
(a) at all reasonable times afford reasonable facilities to the engineer for access to a specified work during its construction; and
(b) supply the engineer with all such information as he may reasonably require with regard to a specified work or the method of constructing it.
