# The River Tyne (Tunnels) Order 2005, Paragraph 63

Extent: E+W

Where so required by the engineer the undertaker shall to the reasonable satisfaction of the engineer fence off any specified work or take such other steps as the engineer may reasonably require to be taken for the purpose of separating that work from railway property, whether on a temporary or permanent basis or both.
