# The River Tyne (Tunnels) Order 2005, Paragraph 78

Extent: E+W

Notwithstanding anything in this Order or shown on the deposited plans the undertaker shall not acquire any apparatus or operational land belonging to a company otherwise than by agreement or consent of that company which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed but may be given subject to reasonable conditions.
