# The River Tyne (Tunnels) Order 2005, Paragraph 90

Extent: E+W

Notwithstanding anything in the Order or shown on the deposited plans, the undertaker shall not acquire from the company any apparatus or land pursuant to the Order otherwise than by agreement or with the company’s consent which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed but may be given subject to reasonable conditions.
