# The River Tyne (Tunnels) Order 2005, Paragraph 91

Extent: E+W

The undertaker shall not, in the exercise of the powers of section 11(3) of the 1965 Act, as applied by this Order, or of article 16, make any trial holes which interfere with any apparatus without the consent of the company (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
