# The River Tyne (Tunnels) Order 2005, Paragraph 1

Extent: E+W

Section 53(4), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (12) and (13) of the Tyne Tunnel Act 1946 shall not apply to works carried out under the powers conferred by this Order.
