# Rivers Wye and Lugg Act 1695, Section VI: Decrees of the said Commissioners or any Seven of them to be recorded and subject to Examination or appeal.


And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That the Orders Determinations and Decrees of the said Co[m]missioners or any Seven of them touching the Premisses shall bee binding to all and every Person and Persons Body or Bodies Politick or Corporate whatsoever therein concerned and their Heires Successors Executors Administrators and Assigns and all Persons claiming by from or under them and shall bee preserved and sett downe upon Record in such sort manner and for me as in and by the said before recited Act is directed and shall bee subject to such Examination or Appeal as in and by the said is directed and no other.
