Section XIV Commissioners to take Security of Receivers General.

And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That the Co[m]missioners for the said Assessments before named shall take of the said Receiver or Receivers Generall good and sufficient Security for the answering and paying the Money that shall be by him or them respectively received and every Part thereof unto such Person and Persons and in such Manner and For me as the Co[m]missioners for the said Rivers inhabiting in the County of Hereford or any Seven of them under their Hands and Seals shall order direct and appoint and not otherwise.
