Section XXX Proviso for Repayment by the said Earl, his Heirs, &c. of the Money paid for such Grants, &c.

Provided and it is hereby enacted That the said Earle his Heires or Asssigns shall repay unto such Person and Persons his and their Executors Administrators or Assigns whose Articles Covenants Leases or Grants shall hereby be made void all such Su[m]m and Su[m]ms of Money as hee the said Earle of Kent or any of his Ancestors have respectively received for the same as Fines for such Grants or Leases and that none of the said Articles Contracts Covenants Leases or Grants whereupon Fines have been paid shall be hereby made void until such Fines are repaid or tendred to be repaid as aforesaid.
