# The Riverside Energy Park Order 2020, Paragraph 103: Consultation

Extent: E+W

Upon submission of any plan, scheme or strategy under Requirements 5 (Biodiversity and landscape mitigation strategy), 11 (Code of construction practice), 13, (Construction traffic management plan(s)), 18 (Operational lighting strategy) and 19 (Control of operational noise) of the Order to the relevant planning authority, the undertaker shall submit the same at the same time to Thames Water care of Linda Rushton at Clearwater Court, Vastern Road, Reading RG1 8DB and Michael Swain at Bazalgette Way, Abbey Wood, London SE2 9AQ.
