# The Riverside Energy Park Order 2020, Paragraph 80: Arbitration

Extent: E+W

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 72(2), 72(4), 73(1) and 74 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 42 (procedures in relation to certain approvals etc.).
