# The Riverside Energy Park Order 2020, Paragraph 18: Operational lighting strategy

Extent: E+W

(1) No part of Work Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 may commence until a written scheme for the management and mitigation of operational external artificial light emissions for that part has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority. The written scheme must be substantially in accordance with the outline lighting strategy.
(2) The scheme for the management and mitigation of operational external artificial light emissions must be implemented as approved under sub-paragraph (1).
