# The Riverside Energy Park Order 2020, Paragraph 21: Community benefits

(1) No part of the authorised development may commence until an employment and skills plan has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.
(2) The employment and skills plan must be implemented as approved by the relevant planning authority.
