# The Riverside Energy Park Order 2020, Paragraph 32: Tonnage cap

Extent: E+W

(1) The total amount of waste to be received at Work No. 1A must not exceed 805,920 tonnes per calendar year.
(2) The total amount of waste to be received at Work No. 1B must not exceed 40,000 tonnes per calendar year.
