  "heading": "Replacement planting for Work No. 9",
  "text": "(1) No part of Work No. 9 may commence until details—\n(a) of any trees, shrubs and hedgerows to be removed during the construction of Work No. 9; and\n(b) of planting to replace any such identified trees, shrubs and hedgerows,\nhave been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.\n(2) The replacement planting must be carried out in accordance with the approved details and maintained for a period of 12 months.\n(3) Any tree, shrub or hedgerow planted as part of the approved details that, within the 12 month maintenance period, is removed, dies or becomes, in the opinion of the relevant planning authority, seriously damaged or diseased, must be replaced in the first available planting season with a specimen of the same species and size as that originally planted.",
