# The Riverside Energy Park Order 2020, Paragraph 9: Surface and foul water drainage

Extent: E+W

(1) No part of Work Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 may commence until written details of the surface and foul water drainage strategy for that part have been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority. The written details submitted for approval must be substantially in accordance with the outline drainage strategy.
(2) The surface and foul water drainage system must be constructed as approved under sub-paragraph (1).
