Article 14 Modification of Transport Charges &c. (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954

In its application to the Undertaking section 6(3) of the Transport Charges &c. (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954^f1 (revision of charges) has effect as if for the reference to the paid-up share capital of the Undertaking there were substituted a reference to any amounts invested in the Undertaking by MSCC and any successor company.
