. Section 48 (power to take tolls for passing over Bridge and Roads) of the 1863 Act is amended as follows—

(a)

delete “Persons, Animals, and Carriages, from Time to Time” and insert “vehicles”;

(b)

after “any Tolls not exceeding the” insert “tolls recoverable in accordance with the Rixton and Warburton Bridge Order 2024”; and

(c)

delete the words from “following; (that is to say,)” until the end of section 48.
