  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Road Humps Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 by removing the references to the “Zebra” Pedestrian Crossings Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1974 and the (Pelican) Pedestrian Crossings Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1989 and replacing them with references to The Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossings Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.",
