# The Road Safety Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2008, Article 2: Commencement of section 46


Section 46 of the Road Safety Act 2006 (which extends Part 2 of the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 to Scotland and Northern Ireland) shall come into force on 31st July 2008.
