# The Road Safety Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2008, Article 3: Commencement of sections 4 – 7 and a further part of section 59


The following provisions of the Road Safety Act 2006 shall come into force on the second appointed day—
(a) section 4;
(b) section 5, and accordingly Schedule 1;
(c) sections 6 and 7; and
(d) section 59, insofar as it relates to paragraph 2 of Schedule 7, and accordingly paragraph 2 of Schedule 7.
