Article 4 Commencement of sections 8 and 9

The following provisions of the Road Safety Act 2006 shall come into force on the third appointed day—

(a)

section 8;

(b)

section 9, and accordingly Schedule 2; and

(c)

section 59, insofar as it relates to paragraph 3 of Schedule 7, and accordingly paragraph 3 of Schedule 7.
