# Road Safety Act 2006, Paragraph 28


(1) Section 173 (forgery of documents etc.) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)—
(a) in paragraph (a), omit the words from “or” to the end, and
(b) omit paragraph (aa).
(3) In subsection (4), omit “ “counterpart”,”.
