# Road Safety Act 2006, Paragraph 32


(1) Section 26 (interim disqualification) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (7)—
(a) in paragraph (a), omit “and its counterpart”, and
(b) in paragraph (b), omit “and counterpart” and for “them” substitute “ it ”.
