# Road Safety Act 2006, Paragraph 36


(1) Section 30 (modification of sections 28 and 29 in case where fixed penalty also in question) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1)(b)—
(a) omit “the counterpart of his licence or”, and
(b) for “57, 57A, 77” substitute “ 57A ”.
(3) In subsection (2)(b)—
(a) omit “on the counterpart of his licence or”, and
(b) for “57, 57A, 77” substitute “ 57A ”.
