# Road Safety Act 2006, Paragraph 49


(1) Section 61A (fixed penalty notice mistakenly given to unlicensed person: exclusion of fixed penalty procedures) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), omit “but who is not the holder of a licence,”.
