# Road Safety Act 2006, Paragraph 50


(1) Section 72 (notices on-the-spot etc.: when registration and endorsement invalid) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (4).
(3) In subsection (5), omit “57 or”.
(4) Omit subsection (6).
