# Road Safety Act 2006, Paragraph 55


(1) Section 83 (powers of court in cases of deception) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (1).
(3) In subsection (1A), omit “also”.
(4) In subsection (2), omit—
(a) “57 or”, and
(b) “77 or”.
