In section 98(1) (interpretation)—
(a) in the definition of “the provisions connected with the licensing of drivers”, for “91ZA to 91B” substitute “ 91ZA, 91A ”, and
(b) in the words following the definition of “the Traffic Acts”, omit “counterpart”,”.
