# Road Safety Act 2006, Paragraph 65


(1) Section 40B of the Child Support Act 1991 (disqualification from driving: further provision) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (4), omit the words from “and” to the end.
(3) In subsection (9)—
(a) omit “and its counterpart”, and
(b) for “their” substitute “ its ”.
