# Road Safety Act 2006, Paragraph 17

Status: prospective

(1) Section 133C (duty to disclose further disability) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (1).
(3) In subsection (2), for “person to whom this section applies” substitute “ registered disabled instructor ”.
