  "text": "(1) Section 133D (offences relating to giving by disabled person of paid driving instruction) is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit subsection (1).\n(3) For “car” in each place substitute “ vehicle ”.\n(4) In subsections (2) and (3), for “person to whom this section applies” substitute “ registered disabled instructor ”.\n(5) For subsection (4) substitute—\n“(4) Where a registered disabled instructor gives instruction in contravention of this section—\n(a) the instructor,\n(b) if the instructor is employed by another person to give that instruction, that other person (as well as the instructor), and\n(c) if the instructor is a franchisee under a driving instruction franchise, the franchisor (as well as the instructor),\nis guilty of an offence.”",
