  "text": "(1) The Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) Order 2009 is amended as follows.\n(2) In Part 1 of the Schedule, after Table 9 (Disability Discrimination Act 1995), add—\n“\nTable 10\nHGV Road User Levy Act 2013\nProvision creating offence\nGeneral nature of offence\nSection 11(1)\nUsing or keeping a heavy goods vehicle on a public road without paying the HGV road user levy.\n”",
