Sections 95 and 99 of this Act shall apply to a person disqualified by an order of a court under the 1903 c. 36.Motor Car Act 1903 for obtaining a licence under that Act as they apply to a person disqualified by an order of a court under Part III of this Act for holding or obtaining a licence under the said Part III.
