A licence to drive a motor vehicle which was in force by virtue of section 101 or 102 of the 1969 c. 27.Road Traffic Act 1960 immediately before 1st June 1970 shall have effect thereafter as if duly granted in pursuance of section 101 of that Act as then replaced by section 14(1) of the Vehicle and Driving Licences Act 1969 on the day on which it was actually granted.
