  "text": "For the purposes of the entries in Part I of this Schedule relating to an offence under section 5(1), 6(1) or 9(3) \"the relevant time\" means—\n(a) in relation to a person required under section 8(1) to provide a specimen of breath for a breath test, the time when he was so required ;\n(b) in relation to a person required under section 8(2) to provide such a specimen, the time of the accident;\n(c) in relation to a person arrested under section 5(5), the time of his arrest.",
