Section 105 shall have effect as if—

(a)

in subsection (2) for the words from " may dispose of it as he thinks fit" onwards there were substituted the words " shall keep the licence until the disqualification has expired or been removed and the person entitled to the licence has made a demand in writing for its return to him "; and

(b)

in subsection (4) after the word " then " there were inserted the words " on the return to him of any licence held by him, or ".
