  "text": "Part VI of this Act shall have effect until 1st December 1972 as if there were added at the end of section 145(4) the following—\n“or;\n(c) liability in respect of the death of, or bodily injury to, persons being carried in or upon, or entering or getting on to or alighting from, the vehicle at the time of the occurrence of the event out of which the claims arise:\nProvided that paragraph (c) of this subsection shall not have effect in the case of a vehicle in which passengers are carried for hire or reward or by reason of or in pursuance of a contract of employment.”;\nand as if section 148(3) were omitted.",
