# The Road Traffic Act 1988 (Amendment) Regulations 1992, Regulation 4


In section 195 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (provision as to regulations) in sub-sections (3) and (4) after “subsection (3)” there shall be inserted “or (3A)”.
