  "text": "After the entry relating to section 36 of that Act there shall be inserted—\n“\nRTA section 40A\nUsing vehicle in dangerous condition etc.\nSections 11 and 12(1) of this Act.\nRTA section 41A\nBreach of requirement as to brakes, steering-gear or tyres.\nSections 11 and 12(1) of this Act.\nRTA section 41B\nBreach of requirement as to weight: goods and passenger vehicles.\nSections 11 and 12(1) of this Act.\n”",
