# Road Traffic Act 1991, Paragraph 7


After the entry relating to section 3 of that Act there shall be inserted—
“
RTA section 3A
Causing death by careless driving when under influence of drink or drugs.
On indictment.
5 years or a fine or both.
Obligatory.
Obligatory.
